The strategic Joint Ventures will facilitate an easy entry into the worldwide Biocide market, with IAWT and partners simultaneously creating recurring revenue, from the monthly service fees.

Business Model

IAWT will be working with experienced Water Treatment Companies as Joint Venture partners.  The Kleerboost system will replace the disinfectant components of existing Water Treatment systems and the established Water Treatment Companies will function as global distribution channels.

Water Treatment Companies are already charging monthly fees for service and chemicals. Israel Agriculture and Water Technology anticipates generating recurring predictable revenue streams with compounded growth by including the water treatment fee within the existing Water Treatment Company’s monthly service fee.  This monthly fee already includes a full call out service and the annual servicing, maintenance and replacing of key components as needed.  Each KleerBoost unit is forecast to generate monthly recurring fees for 10+ years and produce an outstanding ROI.

The strategic Joint Ventures will facilitate an easy entry into the worldwide Biocide market, with IAWT and partners simultaneously creating recurring revenue, from the monthly service fees.

By cutting down the costs of chemical use and monthly serving to the Water Treatment Companies, while retaining the same fees to the end user, the Joint Venture partners retain a greater net ongoing monthly fee and are motivated to move their customers from highly toxic chemical dosing to KleerBoost, reducing the dealer’s capital expenses, insurance costs, transportation and storage costs and risks, labor intense service costs and increasing employee safety.

IAWT and their Joint Ventures partners will generate recurring income from each installation. This distribution strategy minimalizes marketing expense and gives IAWT a ready-made platform for expansion, changing the competitive dynamic, while maintaining full support and control of the business development.
